Pricing Questions
What does unlimited player slots mean?
There is no limit on how many players can join your server. Most competitors charge per player slot. With CraftRift, your only limit is server performance, which depends on your plan's RAM and CPU allocation.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Plus at any time. The price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades are also available.
Is there a free trial?
We do not offer free trials, but we have a 48-hour money-back guarantee. If the service does not meet your expectations, you get a full refund. We also offer a priority waitlist deposit of $2 that credits to your first month.
Why is the pricing in USD?
USD pricing lets us serve all of Southeast Asia with one consistent price. At $3/month, this is affordable across Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, and Vietnam. We are exploring local payment methods for the future.
