Our servers run inside Southeast Asia, in two places: Indonesia and Singapore. That keeps SEA traffic in the region instead of routing it through the US or Europe. Measured ping ranges are 10-30ms to Indonesia, 20-35ms to Singapore, 20-40ms to Malaysia, 30-60ms to Thailand, and 40-70ms to Philippines and Vietnam.

Order a plan showing Available and your server is ready within minutes of checkout. Your RAM and CPU are yours alone, allocated per server and never shared, which is why a plan occasionally shows Full instead of quietly stacking one more server onto the same hardware. When that happens you can reserve your server and we email you the moment it is ready, usually within a few days.

Minecraft Java Edition with Bedrock crossplay, Minecraft Bedrock Edition on its own, Terraria, and Necesse. Every server comes with the full customer area: live console, one tap add-ons, file manager, backups you can download, and shared access.

Not yet for mods, but plugins are a single tap. Search the Modrinth catalog inside your panel and install a plugin with one tap, or upload your own files in the browser file manager. Paper, Purpur and Vanilla are supported, and you can switch between them without losing your world. Spigot and Bukkit plugins run on Paper and Purpur.

Email and in-app tickets. We answer within 12 hours. A ticket opened from inside your server carries that server's details with it, and the reply lands in your inbox and in the ticket.

Yes. If you are not satisfied within the first 48 hours, we refund your payment in full. No questions asked. After 48 hours, no prorated refunds, but you can cancel anytime with no contracts.
