Good things to know
Where are your servers located?
Our servers run on low-ping SEA nodes, optimized for low latency across all of Southeast Asia: 10-30ms to Indonesia, 20-35ms to Singapore, 20-40ms to Malaysia, 30-60ms to Thailand, and 40-70ms to Philippines and Vietnam.
What happens when capacity is full?
We run a limited capacity pool rather than overselling hardware. When a plan runs out of room it shows Full and no new orders go through until space frees up. It is first come, first served, and we add capacity before we add customers, so every server keeps its dedicated CPU and RAM.
What games do you support?
We currently support Minecraft Java Edition with Bedrock crossplay via Geyser, and Terraria. Valheim and more games are coming soon. All servers include full Pterodactyl panel access, SFTP, and daily backups.
Can I install plugins and mods?
Yes. You get full SFTP access and a Pterodactyl control panel. We support Paper, Spigot, Purpur, Forge, Fabric, and more. Install any plugins or mods you want.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via Buy Me a Coffee (our payment processor, which uses Stripe for card processing). All prices are in USD. More payment options for SEA countries are coming soon.
What if I need help?
Join our Discord community called The Rift for support. Average response time is under 2 hours during SEA business hours (UTC+7). Our community of server admins also helps each other.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you are not satisfied within the first 48 hours, we refund your payment in full. No questions asked. After 48 hours, no prorated refunds, but you can cancel anytime with no contracts.
