Everything Included

Everything You Get With a CraftRift Server

A live console, one tap add-ons from the Modrinth catalog, a file manager in your browser, backups you can download, crash alerts, shared access, a public status page and an API. Every plan gets all of it, from $3 a month.

01 - Running your server

Running your server

01

Live console and power controls

Start, stop and restart your server, and type commands straight into the live console, from a phone or a laptop browser.

What it means for you: You can fix a stuck server from wherever you are, with nothing to install.

02

One tap add-ons

Search the Modrinth catalog inside your panel and install a plugin with one tap. Bedrock crossplay, in game voice chat and anti-grief rollback are each a single tap as well.

What it means for you: No zip files, no config editing, no support ticket to add a plugin.

03

File manager and editor in your browser

Browse every file on your server, upload folders, and edit server.properties or any config file in a text editor in the same tab.

What it means for you: You do not need an SFTP client to change one setting.

04

Schedules

Put restarts and backups on a timetable. You pick the days and the time, and it runs on its own.

What it means for you: The nightly restart happens whether or not you remember it.

02 - Changing your server

Changing your server

01

Change software or version, keep your world

Move between Paper, Purpur and Vanilla, or pick another Minecraft version from a list. We save a full copy of your world before anything changes, and warn you before a downgrade.

What it means for you: Trying a new version is a click and a wait, not a rebuild.

02

World tools

Import a world from another host or from single player as a .zip or .tar.gz, keep several worlds and switch between them, or reset to a fresh one.

What it means for you: Moving in with the world you already have takes one upload.

03

Settings in a form, and your own address

Difficulty, game mode, max players, PvP, whitelist and the player account check are switches and fields. Pick a name under craftrift.com so players connect without a port, or point a domain you already own at the server.

What it means for you: No properties file to edit and no IP with a port to dictate to friends.

04

Logs and crash reports

Read the live log in your browser, download it, and open each crash report from a list. The overview shows online players, version and TPS at a glance.

What it means for you: When something breaks you can see why without asking us.

03 - Your world stays yours

Your world stays yours

01

Backups with one click world download

Make a backup any time, restore it in one click, and download the whole world to your own computer as a file.

What it means for you: Your world is yours. You can take it and leave whenever you want.

02

Crash alerts and an activity timeline

If your server stops unexpectedly we email you, or send a push notification if you turn that on. The activity timeline records what happened and when.

What it means for you: You hear about a crash from us, not from your players.

03

Server health score with one tap fixes

We check your server against a list of common problems and score it out of 100. Most findings come with a button that applies the fix for you.

What it means for you: You get told what is wrong in plain words, and usually fix it in one tap.

04 - Playing with other people

Playing with other people

01

Player management

Manage the whitelist and the operator list from a table, and send an invite link that a friend opens to add themselves to the whitelist.

What it means for you: Adding a friend takes one link instead of a command and a spelling check.

02

Shared access with roles

Invite someone by email as an admin, who can start, stop and change things, or as a viewer, who can only look. You stay the owner.

What it means for you: A co-owner can help run the server without touching your billing.

03

Public status page and badge

Any server can publish a page at craftrift.com/s/your-name/ showing whether it is online and who is playing, plus a badge image you can drop into a forum post or a wiki page.

What it means for you: Your players check the server themselves instead of asking you.

05 - Account and automation

Account and automation

01

API tokens and webhooks

Create a token and call the REST API to list your servers, read live status and player counts, or start, stop and restart a server. Webhooks push events to a URL you choose.

What it means for you: You can wire your server into a bot, a dashboard or a script you already run.

02

Pause your plan for up to 60 days

Pause billing when nobody is playing. Your server keeps running until the end of the period you already paid for, we keep your world for 60 days, and you unpause when you come back.

What it means for you: A quiet month does not have to cost you anything.

03

Sign in by email link

There is no password to create. Enter the email you used at checkout and we send you a sign-in link.

What it means for you: One less password, and nothing to reset.

05 - How we run servers

How We Run Servers

01

Resources are allocated per server

The CPU and RAM listed on your plan are allocated to your server alone. We do not hand that allocation to another customer when your server is quiet, and we do not oversell it.

02

Servers sit inside Southeast Asia

We run in two places in the region, Indonesia and Singapore, so packets from SEA players stay in SEA instead of routing through the US or Europe. We do not publish the exact facility.

03

Ping figures are measured ranges

The numbers below are measured ranges from real connections across the region, not best case marketing figures. Your own result depends on your ISP and your line.

04

Attack traffic is filtered first

DDoS filtering sits in front of every server on every plan, and your server address points at that filter rather than at the machine behind it.

🇮🇩 indonesia 10-30ms
🇸🇬 singapore 20-35ms
🇲🇾 malaysia 20-40ms
🇹🇭 thailand 30-60ms
🇵🇭 philippines 40-70ms
🇻🇳 vietnam 40-70ms

Full method and country by country detail: the SEA latency reference.

06 - Support

How Support Works

Email and in-app tickets. We answer within 12 hours.

A ticket opened from inside your server carries that server's details with it, so nobody has to ask you which one you mean. You can also write to support@craftrift.com and the reply lands in your inbox and in the ticket.

FAQ - Features

Features FAQ

How do backups work, and can I download my world?

You can make a backup at any time and restore it in one click, and your plan keeps a set number of saved copies. Every backup also has a Download button that hands you the whole world as a file on your own computer. Your world is yours, so you can take it with you and leave whenever you want.

How do I install mods and plugins?

Not yet for mods, but plugins are a single tap. Search the Modrinth catalog inside your panel and install a plugin with one tap on Paper or Purpur. Bedrock crossplay, in game voice chat and anti-grief rollback each install in a single tap as well. If you would rather do it by hand, the browser file manager lets you upload your own jars and edit any config file in the same tab.

Can I share my server with other people?

Yes. Invite someone by email as an admin, who can start, stop and change things, or as a viewer, who can only see how the server is doing. You stay the owner and nobody else can touch your billing. For players rather than co-owners, send an invite link they open to add themselves to the whitelist.

What happens if the plan I want is full?

Every server gets its own CPU and RAM allocation, so a plan only takes as many servers as the hardware really fits. When one reaches that limit the pricing page marks it Full and we add hardware before taking more orders. The pricing page shows live availability, and you can join the waitlist to be told the moment a plan opens.

What are your support hours?

Email and in-app tickets. We answer within 12 hours. A ticket opened from inside your server carries that server's details with it, so you do not have to explain which server you mean. Replies land in your inbox and in the ticket.

Can I pause my plan?

Yes. You can pause billing for up to 60 days when nobody is playing. Your server keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for, then we keep your world for those 60 days. Unpause whenever you want to come back and pick up where you left off.

Do you have an API?

Yes. Create a token in your account and call the REST API to list your servers, read live status and player counts, or start, stop and restart a server. Webhooks push events to a URL you choose, so you can wire a server into a bot, a dashboard or a script you already run. The full reference with curl examples is at craftrift.com/docs/api/.
