We want you to be completely satisfied with CraftRift. If you are not happy with our service, we offer a straightforward refund policy.
48-Hour Money-Back Guarantee
All new purchases are covered by our 48-hour money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with CraftRift for any reason within 48 hours of your initial purchase, you can request a full refund. No questions asked.
This guarantee applies to your first payment only. It does not apply to renewal charges or plan upgrades made after the initial 48-hour window.
After 48 Hours
After the 48-hour window has passed, we do not offer prorated refunds for unused time. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your server will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund through either of these methods:
- Email: Send a refund request to support@craftrift.com with your account email and reason for the refund.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team.
- Requests made after the 48-hour guarantee window.
