1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CraftRift's game server hosting services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.
2. Service Description
CraftRift provides managed game server hosting for Minecraft (Java and Bedrock) and Terraria. Our servers are located in Singapore and optimized for low-latency gameplay across Southeast Asia.
We provide each customer with a dedicated game server, a web-based management panel (Pterodactyl), SFTP access, automated backups, and DDoS protection. Server specifications depend on the plan you purchase.
3. Account Terms
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one free or trial account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. The following activities are strictly forbidden:
- Cryptocurrency mining: Running any cryptocurrency miners, blockchain validators, or similar resource-intensive processes on your server.
- DDoS attacks: Using your server to launch distributed denial-of-service attacks or any form of network abuse against other systems.
- Illegal content: Hosting, distributing, or linking to any content that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to pirated software, illegal materials, or content that exploits minors.
- Resource abuse: Running non-game processes that consume excessive CPU, RAM, storage, or bandwidth beyond what your plan allows.
- Reselling: Reselling or redistributing CraftRift services to third parties without written permission.
- Spam and phishing: Using the Services to send spam, phishing messages, or other unsolicited communications.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
5. Payment and Billing
- All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis, starting from the date of your initial purchase.
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each billing cycle until you cancel.
- If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method up to three times. If all attempts fail, your server may be suspended.
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email before any price increase takes effect.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee on all new purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Services for any reason within the first 48 hours after purchase, you may request a full refund, no questions asked.

7. Service Level
CraftRift targets 99.9% uptime for all game servers, measured on a monthly basis. This excludes:
- Scheduled maintenance windows (announced at least 24 hours in advance via Discord and email).
- Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
- Downtime caused by actions or configurations made by the customer.
- Upstream provider outages affecting our data center in Singapore.
If we fail to meet the 99.9% uptime target in a given month, affected customers may request a service credit for the affected period by contacting support.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CraftRift and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to CraftRift during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
- You violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Your payment method fails and is not updated within 7 days.
- We reasonably believe your use of the Services poses a security risk.
Upon termination, your server data will be retained for 14 days before permanent deletion. You may request a data export during this period.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Services and cancel your subscription.
